DUSTIN PITTMAN, PARTNER
Dustin has more than 20 years experience leading mission-critical IT projects in the manufacturing, utility and retail sectors – including managing international business development for the world’s largest casual dining restaurant chain. His IT specialties include project management, general management, operations and international business. Dustin and his wife, Dawn, have seven children, three of whom were adopted from Uganda. He founded Covenant with the goal of using his professional success to make a difference for orphans in Africa and around the world.
JEFF MEYER, PARTNER
Jeff is an accomplished leader and successful entrepreneur in the Staffing Industry, with more than 20 years specializing in disciplines such as Executive Search, Information Technology, Human Resources, Operations, Engineering, Finance and Accounting and Sales. After growing up in Hays, Kansas and then graduating from Kansas State University, he moved to the Kansas City area and began building his family, and his passion for recruitment and Executive placement. Jeff believes in doing it right the first time and making sure relationships are nurtured along the way. Jeff and his wife Christa reside in Lenexa, Kansas with their six children, 3 dogs, and they attend Westside Family Church.

DOUG BURRIS, PARTNER
Doug brings 20+ years of Talent Acquisition experience to Covenant Consulting and joined the firm to expand his unique and cost-effective Talent Acquisition Consulting model focused on startups and growth stage companies. Doug has worked across the spectrum of recruiting including work with 10 person startups to Fortune 100 companies in industries including Education Technology, Renewable Energy, Construction, and Telecommunications. Doug has focused on career disciplines including Sales and Marketing, Business Operations, Human Resources, Software Development, and Finance & Accounting. Doug and his wife Jerilynn, both graduates of the University of Kansas, have 3 incredible children, and 3 mischievous dogs and have lived in Kansas City for 30+ years.
TROY OLIVER, SENIOR TECHNICAL RECRUITER
Troy has over 20 years staffing experience in multiple industries where he has been responsible for full lifecycle account management. Through his experience with Candidates and Clients, he has developed expertise in bridging the gap between job requirements, and candidate qualifications and desires. The majority of his work experience has been in Kansas City, earning him a reputation as one of the top recruiters in the area. Troy graduated from Kansas State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science, he’s a two-time Ironman finisher, and proud dog dad.
SHANNON MCINNIS, SENIOR TECHNICAL RECRUITER
Shannon has been working as a Sr. Technical Recruiter at Covenant Consulting since 2015. Covenant allows her to pursue her passion in technology AND truly connect with people in their search for a dream job. She has worked extensively in the Kansas City and Texas regions during this time and has successfully sourced IT talent globally. What she most enjoys about recruiting is relationship building, nurturing those relationships, and finding perfect alignments for both candidate and client. She feels honesty, open communication, follow-through, and accessibility are essential characteristics of a recruiter, and she strives to debunk the unpleasant recruiter perceptions that can plague the industry. Shannon attended Houston Baptist University on a volleyball, softball, and track scholarship and graduated cum laude with a double major in political science and speech. She enjoys volleyball, pickleball, tennis, fantasy football, guitar, ping pong, and spending lots of time with her extremely competitive family, either outdoors or on game nights! She’s married, living in Cypress, Texas, and has two talented, amazing kids and Memphis, the Maltese.
NATHAN MEYER, TECHNICAL RECRUITER
Nate has been a Professional Recruiter since 2016. This line of work fits him well, because he finds great satisfaction from serving others and helping people reach their career goals. During his time as a Recruiter, he has gained the most experience in the IT, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Financial industries. From Executive roles to full lifecycle SW positions, Nate has excelled at helping candidates from all different backgrounds reach their potential. Creating a smooth and enjoyable recruitment process is always a top priority for him. Above all, Nate values trust, honesty, dependability, and positivity. He loves to fish, play fantasy football, watch Kansas State sports, and spend time with family, friends, and his new fiance and golden lab puppy, Jordy after K-States, Jordy Nelson.
NOAH MEYER, TECHNICAL RECRUITER
Noah entered the recruiting world in 2016 and works as a Professional Recruiter who enjoys working across all industries including Information Technology, Financial Services, Engineering, Banking, and more. An expert on the Executive side, Noah has found a niche working with high-level executives and connecting them with equally impressive clients. He believes there is no greater reward than seeing the professionals he places and the leaders he works with grow and succeed at what they love doing most. Noah enjoys being the middleman and serving others while ensuring each opportunity is the right fit for both clients and candidates. Born and raised in Kansas City, Noah stays true to his roots and resides in Lenexa, KS, while developing relationships with candidates and clients all over the world. He enjoys spending time outdoors, watching Kansas State football, playing sports, health/fitness, and visiting with friends/family.
DEMI MCINNIS, RECRUITER / SOCIAL MEDIA ADMIN
Having recently graduated as a five-year beach volleyball scholarship athlete with a Masters in Health & Human Performances, Demi is grateful to be a part of one of the strongest recruiting teams in the KC area, working alongside highly reputable Client Directors and Sr. Recruiting leadership. She has a strong desire to help people succeed and is determined to create unique and lasting client/candidate relationships. Demi joined Covenant Consulting as a Junior Recruiter and quickly created her own lane at Covenant, leading the content creation on our social media accounts and website. Her undergraduate degree in Art and Psychology fuels her passion for both, creative design and understanding the user experience. She enjoys playing sports, going to the beach/lake, and being a proud dog mom to her bernedoodle Nash.
LEANNE JAYNE, OPERATIONS ADMINISTRATOR
LeAnne is the member of our Covenant teams that leads the charge in making sure our team runs like a well-oiled machine. With a successful background in event planning, program marketing management, analysis and customer care roles, she was born to effectively organize and love on people. She has what it takes to champion our growing Covenant Family and wouldn’t want to be anywhere else.
STEVE PITTMAN, ADMINISTRATOR
For the last 10 years Steve has used his talents, experience, and love of working with people to help Covenant Consulting manage their payroll and invoicing. As a former teacher, project manager, sales manager and business owner, he is experienced in dealing with a wide variety of tasks in the business environment and understands the importance of timely information.
