DUSTIN PITTMAN, PARTNER
Dustin has more than 20 years experience leading mission-critical IT projects in the manufacturing, utility and retail sectors – including managing international business development for the world’s largest casual dining restaurant chain. His IT specialties include project management, general management, operations and international business. Dustin and his wife, Dawn, have seven children, three of whom were adopted from Uganda. He founded Covenant with the goal of using his professional success to make a difference for orphans in Africa and around the world.
JEFF MEYER, PARTNER
Jeff is an accomplished leader and successful entrepreneur in the Staffing Industry, with more than 20 years specializing in disciplines such as Information Technology, Operations, Engineering, and Sales. After growing up in Hays, Kansas and then graduating from Kansas State University, he moved to the Kansas City area and began building his family, and his career passion for recruitment and placement. Jeff believes in doing it right the first time and making sure relationships are nurtured along the way. Jeff and his wife Christa reside in Lenexa, Kansas with their five children, four dogs, and they attend Westside Family Church.
KIM STANLEY, CLIENT DIRECTOR
Kim has spent the last 10 years of her career in the healthcare space. She has extensive sales and marketing experience in pharmaceutical, diagnostics, medical equipment & healthcare software where she was a perennial top performer and earned multiple President’s Club achievements. Her diverse experiences in the medical space will allow her to expand and foster our healthcare division. Her favorite aspect of her role is building relationships with clients and uncovering how we can best fit their staffing needs. She graduated from the University of Kansas, where she was a Division I volleyball player, and she and her family love all things sports! Family is her passion and she is the mother of two daughters. She has an honorary “momcologist” degree with her youngest daughter in remission from cancer and is a passionate volunteer for an organization called Braden’s Hope that helps raise funds for pediatric cancer research.
DARCI CROW, CLIENT DIRECTOR
Darci’s career began as an Information Technology professional, after receiving her Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems from Kansas State University. She then moved into IT professional services and this has been her career focus for the past 20 years. Serving and doing right by others is central to her professional passion, and her chief aim is to do right by others and put a sense of humanity into everything she does. Darci and her husband Nate live in Overland Park, Kansas with their three daughters and two dogs, and her personal passions include family, health/fitness, travel, and mentoring others.
TROY OLIVER, SENIOR TECHNICAL RECRUITER
Troy has 20 years staffing experience devoted exclusively to the Information Technology industry where he has been responsible for full lifecycle account management. He works equally well with Candidates and Clients, where he has developed expertise in bridging the gap between job requirements, and candidate qualifications and desires. The majority of Troy’s work experience has been in Kansas City, earning him a reputation as one of the top recruiters in the area. He earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Political Science from Kansas State in 1994.
SHANNON MCINNIS, SENIOR TECHNICAL RECRUITER
After 18 years of Technical Support, HR and Recruiting in a corporate legal environment, Shannon was offered an opportunity to recruit in the IT space. This blessing allowed her to pursue her passion in technology AND connect with people trying to find their true passion as well. She has worked extensively in the Kansas City and Texas regions for the past 5 years but has been successful sourcing talent nationwide. An expert with social media, Shannon has a niche for finding that purple squirrel, finding unknown resources willing to relocate and for developing trust with passive candidates. What she most enjoys about recruiting is relationship building and finding the perfect fit for both the candidate and client. She feels honesty, open communication, follow-through and accessibility are the most important characteristics of a recruiter and she strives to debunk the unpleasant recruiter perceptions that can hover the industry. Shannon attended Houston Baptist University on a volleyball, softball and track scholarship and graduated cum laude with a double major in political science and speech. She’s currently married and living in Cypress, Texas and has two really cool, very active and athletic kids. She enjoys volleyball, tennis, fantasy football, playing guitar, ping pong and spending lots of time outdoors with family.
ELISE HEBERT, SENIOR TECHNICAL RECRUITER
After graduating from Truman State University with a Bachelor of Arts in Communications over 20 years ago, Elise started her career in recruitment and then progressed into Human Resource management and then back to her roots and love of recruitment. She has held roles inside of some of the most illustrious “who’s who” companies in the area, including Cerner, Perceptive Software, Intouch, and Sprint. Elise has a huge heart for ministry, and for children in need, and she and her family spend much of their time serving the spiritual needs of others. Elise and her husband Joel have four children and reside in Lenexa, Kansas.
ERIN TAFT, SENIOR TECHNICAL RECRUITER
With over six years of experience in the Staffing Industry, Erin is a Professional Recruiter who holds a Bachelor of Arts in Interpersonal Communications with a minor in Sociology. She is a Certified Personnel Consultant (CPC) through National Association of Personnel Services (NAPS). She very much enjoys helping people achieve their career goals, and first and foremost she is passionate about her family, as well as health and fitness. Erin and her husband Bill have one young daughter and live in Lee’s Summit, Missouri.
NATHAN MEYER, TECHNICAL RECRUITER
Nate has been a Professional Recruiter since 2016, while in parallel continuing his education. He achieved the Deans Honor Role while attaining his Associated Degree from Johnson County Community College. Nate finds great satisfaction from helping people and creating a smooth and enjoyable recruitment process and Candidate experience. Nate values trust, honesty, dependability, kindness, and attentiveness, and his hobbies are fishing, camping, basketball, and football.
NOAH MEYER, TECHNICAL RECRUITER
Noah has continued to work towards his degree while recruiting and has achieved President’s Honor Roll of keeping a 4.0 GPA during his studies at Johnson County Community College. Contrary to most, Noah actually enjoys the toughest recruiting assignments and cold calling, which gives him the joy of connecting with people and seeking ways to be helpful. He is passionate about learning new ways to master his recruitment craft and delivering outstanding Candidate experience through his core values of honesty, positivity, dependability, going the extra mile for others, and holding true to his word. He loves the outdoors, and also loves volunteering for Special Olympics, children’s ministry at Westside Family Church, and soup kitchens for those who are less fortunate.

As a former teacher, project manager, sales manager and business owner, he is experienced in dealing with a wide variety of tasks in the business environment and understands the importance of timely information.
